His last few years have been leading in the domain of talent development in companies such as Dale Carnegie, where he led the organization as President, and Skillsoft Inc., as Regional Business Manager, APAC and India. He has worked with AchieveGlobal India and SAARC as their CEO to further his expertise, before committing to full time entrepreneurship in ALPS-India, to execute his vision of bridging the capability to performance gap. He has steered successfully business transformational initiatives involving people and processes, with Xerox, Arvind, and Dale Carnegie. Monujesh has worked in diverse careers spanning over a quarter century. These included project management, consulting, media (in newspapers and for documentary films of the BBC), vocational education (with the George Telegraph Group), banking and BPO (with HSBC).

He has served at the national level as a curriculum formulator for the Directorate General of Employment and Training, Government of India; as an Examiner for the West Bengal University of Technology; has been accredited as a Business English trainer for University of Cambridge (LES) and as an Instructor for GRE, GMAT and SAT examinations

Ravi brings over 30 years of diverse experience of leadership in the Tea industry, Entrepreneurship and Sports. He has held leadership positions in companies such as J. Thomas, Nestle, Williamson Magor.  He was awarded the White Blazer at North Point School in 1966 (a rare distinction for excellence in sports). He represented North Bengal University, Darjeeling District, University of Montana (USA) in Football.

Ravi set up the first ever Café Nescafe at Dorabjees’ and extended it to Sancheti hospital. As a social entrepreneur, he helped set up a Tea Packing unit at the Paraplegic Rehabilitation Centre for disabled defense personnel at Kirkee, Pune. He has also set up an additional unit to provide sustainability to war widows under AWWA. His expertise includes operations management, marketing and social entrepreneurship
